A Coffee Lover on a Mission

I'm Adriane, and coffee has always been more than a morning habit for me — it's something I'm genuinely passionate about. But every time I traveled somewhere new, I ran into the same disappointment: beautiful destinations, great food, unforgettable memories… forgettable coffee. Watered down. Too sugary. Stale.

My husband got tired of hearing me complain about it. So they pushed me to stop talking and start solving — to find quality beans, prepare them well, and make them available at a price that doesn't feel like a luxury. That frustration, born on a 2016 vacation, became Doce' Beans. Good coffee shouldn't be reserved for special occasions — it should be part of everyday life.

What's in a Name

"Doce'" means sweet in Portuguese — and that's the experience we're after. Not just sweetness in flavor, but in the moment itself: a pause in your day that feels a little more generous.

How We Roast

Freshness drives everything we do. We roast weekly, in small batches, so every bag reaches you close to its roast date — never sitting on a shelf for months before it gets to your cup. Our beans are sourced from growers around the world who care as much about the land as we do about the final cup, delivering the freshest, boldest, most aromatic flavors we can find.
